This is probably the best news I've read all week. That this *rule* was ever even brought UP by a bunch of politicians who wouldn't know soil from manure is absolutely absurd...and invasive...and another perfect example of a government unable or unwilling to keep the hell OUT of our lives!!!
And I hope this also serves as a reminder that 'We the People' can still raise enough of a ruckus to force the government to back down...at least now and then...
